Midnight shopping

It is not good for a woman to go shopping alone at wal-mart at 11:00 pm. I went for cat food (yes, they were out of food all day...I make a horrible cat lady.) I came home with $150 worth of healthy foods and absolutely nothing that was not essential (like a $5 pair of boots or super cute spin brushes for the boys or matching collars for the cats or a new fancy microfiber scrubber for my floor...) You get the idea.

I may or may not have stood there and read an entire issue of People magazine while my frozen food became somewhat un-frozen. I may or may not have spent an extra 20 minutes comparing specs on a new blu-ray player.

See? I need a wal-mart shopping buddy that can keep me in check!



This is what my counters look like right now...and this is what they will look like well into tomorrow afternoon. I'm just too tired from such a 'long' trip to put anything away. Sorry Jake! :) Maybe next time I'll just send him with a list!
